We had the honor of re-designing this ranch-style home into a private recording studio and retreat in Barrington, IL. This residence was transformed
into a haven for collective work and relaxation. 7,000 sf of natural light and exceptional acoustics.
The former interior swimming pool was repurposed to a sunken sound engineer’s control room, idealized for recording and acoustics. The space also showcases the owner's hand made sculptural instruments and artwork, creating a stunning environment set in a pastoral landscape.
