FC was honored to be asked back to complete phase II of the Hotel renovation after the success of the reimagining of One18 restaurant and the exterior courtyard. This Mid-Century inspired Hotel in Midland, Michigan is part of a select group of establishments and holds the AAA Four Diamond Rating. Midland is also the home of Dow Chemicals, and Mid-Century Master, Alden B Dow. Inspired by the 118 elements of the periodic table, the space features a custom walnut canopy over the centrally located bar alongside custom walnut decorative panels.

We were tasked with planning the remodel of 130 guest rooms, the Lobby, the Ballrooms, the business center, conference rooms, Oxygen Bar & the public spaces.
